Yes, we can accept returns within 14days of purchase as long as the product meets the criteria stated in our returns policy.
This all depends on the product. Some of our items are made to order, which can take 6-8 weeks, but we try to ship most things daily. As we are a small team, somethimes we are not able to ship as frequently and we thank you for your patience and understnding with this.
Yes! We ship most things to the UK and some of our products internationally. If theres something you would like to buy, but cannot chomplete checkout, this may be due to a shipping restriction for this product, please reach out if you need our help at info@noxofyork.com
At Nox we are a very small team, this mens that we are not always able to post out every day. Sometimes the shipping times for regular mail are longer than normal, depending on busy periods such as Christmas, or strike action. At this time, it is normal to observe a longer delivery time. If however after 14 days you have not received anything, contact us at: info@noxofyork.com and we will be happy to help you!
If the order is not yet sent, we wmay be able to change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order is already sent, the delivery time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address.
All orders will be sent as standard shipping unless a tracked upgrade is selected. Nox is not responsible for additional customs fees upon receipt of your package. These charges are sometimes observed for shipments outside of the UK. Please check with your customs office to avoid additional charges.
